A video has been spreading online showing a young guy knocking his head into the toilet fan and even calls it a “yearly tradition” meaning this is not the first time of him doing this.
For the destruction of Public property, it is punishable under the law. Under vandalism, he is liable to receive a** whooping action from the state, AKA the rotan!!
