Ministry of Home Affairs said that the man that appeared in an ISIS video is a Singaporean Megat Shahdan Abdul Samad. The video is currently circulating social media.
Many were surprised that yet another case of radicalised Singaporean. In the video, he is seen with a military uniform and mounting weapons to a truck.
