Reckless Driving
I am writing to you with regards to a very dangerous and reckless act by the driver of SLG9322H.
I was driving along Bukit Panjang Ring road, 1647hrs on 13 Aug 2017. It was a 2 way lane and a bus came to a stop on the left. Rather than stopping behind the bus, SLG9322H cut into the lane I was in. It was most unexpected as most drivers would not do an abrupt lane change without clear view of the traffic in front. I shudder to think what would have happened had he collided into my vehicle in which my aged mother was a passenger.
Reviewing the video also shows that that the said driver had been driving in an erratic manner leading up to my encounter.

Could you investigate this incident and deal with the driver appropriately? I am all for being tolerant and forgiving but on this occasion, i think the driver has to be educated on the consequences of his reckless act.
Of late, there seem to be an increase in serious vehicle accidents resulting in deaths of the innocent. Hopefully, with more public awareness and education, our roads can be safer.
Additional observations of the above mentioned vehicle.
1)window tint that seem to be excessively dark and not fulfilling LTA’s standard.
