RECKLESS DRIVING BY TAXI DRIVER NEARLY CAUSE A COLLISON (VIDEO)

I would like to submit this video clip of a reckless ComfortDelgo taxi driver beating the red light and nearly causing a collision with my vehicle. The right turn green arrow was in my favour but i decided to slow down and take a second look while turning, only to see the taxi at a high speed.

I immediately braked to avoid any collision. However, the camera could not capture the license plate details. Could the Traffic Police help to identify the license plate details and mete out the necessary warning or punishment to the errant driver?
