The incident happened near a pedestrian bridge at Block 92 Henderson Road.
Many reminisced their times with the adorable, plump little ginger cat as they mourned its death.
The python was then captured at the pedestrian bridge near block 92, where it appeared bloated and was resting by the side of the stairs of the bridge as NParks contractors came and nudged the 2.5m snake into a container.
