A netizen posted a complaint online stating that she had just bought a new shirt for her son, after washing it she leaves it hanging outside but was shocked to discover that a hole has burned through it the next day.

We bought this shirt day before yesterday for our son and last night it was drying outside. Today morning when we take it in we notice the burning smell and a cigarette was thrown from some moron upstairs did this to the shirt.Â
