Eating a reunion dinner seems to be a daily affair, while some of us can cook many prefer to order for convenience.
A family ordered an 8-course dinner for the family and turns out half of the dishes were done badly and serve raw, the woman that posted the details on Facebook stated that the crab had an ammonia smell which is the sign of rotting seafood.
If you do a quick Google search results on ammonia smell on crab:
“So, what should you do if your crabs smell like Ammonia? The smell of ammonia is a byproduct of the decomposition of seafood. Your fishmonger probably sold you a crab that has gone bad. To avoid getting sick, do not eat crabs, or any type of seafood, that smell like ammonia.”

Order 8-course dinner 28/1 for my family reunion only 4 courses is edible all get so disappointed eat half way stop order fast food!
Crab unclean with ammonia smell, yellow green bitter veg( not sure if it wash super bitter), cut all wings there’s blood in chicken, pork not fully cook at all 80% still red only 20% can see it’s cook. My nephew and son eat first hopefully they don’t get diarrhoea or food poisoning. Still no reply from yesterday till now.
