This was what he stated in his post.

“Saw today, @ Rivervale Plaza, Kopitiam. Job adv: only New Citizens or PR. Jobless rate is so high, how to tolerate such attitude. Other than MOM, is there other places can feedback?MOM is flooded with inquiries, experienced that in my workplace when were trying to make clarification.”
