A video emerged online showing a group of errant road cyclists cycling in a group of 22 during Phase 2 (Heightened Alert).

Current restrictions include a maximum of 2 per group as well as the 3 metres safe distancing between cyclists, which wasn’t adhered to as well.
They were spotted at Upper Thomson Road towards Sembawang
