According to a viral video that was uploaded b SG Road Vigilante, a food panda delivery rider was seen raging at a Taxi along with PIE, Upper Thomson Exit.

The incident happened on 30 April 2020 at around 2.29 PM.
It is unclear why the Food Panda Rider was upset, he initially hit the boot of the taxi and later went to the driver side to hit the glass panel.
