They were also seen riding without their helmets, as the traffic behind them slowed down due to them blocking the entire lane.
It is unclear where the incident happened or who the two cyclists are.
Errant cyclists
Under the Active Mobility Act, it is mandatory for cyclists who are cycling on the road to be wearing helmets.
Cyclists are also required to stick to the left-hand edge of the road and are deemed to have broken the law if they obstruct any vehicles on the road.
