A rubbish bin caught on fire under a HDB block, the inferno looked pretty intense and the rubbish bin was melting from the heat of the flames.

The netizen recording the fire said he/she “tried my best to put it out (sic)” – they poured a small cup of water into the raging flames…
The police later arrived to put out the fire with an extinguisher.
