On 18 Jan, one customer was being rude when trying to buy chicken rice at Block 511 Wellington Circle.
Here is his Facebook post review on this matter,
“Today bought chicken rice from this stall at Koufu Blk 511 Wellington Circle. Took fork and spoon and realised spoon dirty with oil and stains. So when vendor (man in black) gave me the food, I informed him about the dirty spoon and placed it on his countertop.”
“He muttered ‘They wash one, not me’. I answered ‘You are the stallholder so I’m letting you know, else who should I inform?’. He replied while giving me a glare ‘You tell me also no use’. Then he picked up the spoon, walked out of his stall and placed it on one of the empty tables and went back into his stall.”
“I thought he will feedback to the cleaner the dirty spoon but….”
Is it so hard for the store owner to talk politely to customers? Being rude to customers will only cause a drop in sales.
