Looks like Rui En has once again violated the traffic rules. In her BMW, she was in a lane where only right turn was allowed. Her sudden change to lane two almost cause an accident with another car.

The incident happened at a junction last friday two days before Christmas at around 12pm. Her careless actions on the road has been caught by the the incoming vehicle on the second lane.
