As part of a two-week trial to gauge the effectiveness of protective screens, SBS Transit has installed transaprent hard plastic protective shields around the driver’s seat.

The shields are aimed at minimising potential contact between the driver and passengers.
A film has been applied onto the shield as well, so as to reduce reflections which in turn causes distractions.
