Scoot flight to Berlin delayed over 7.5 hours!!! TR734 supposed to take off at 1.10am but poor passengers were made to board and disembark twice in a row.

Why did scoot overpromise when they cannot handle it? And guess what, only a pathetic pack of finger food was given to appease us. Like it helps? This airline is a joke!
