A video of a man who proclaimed that he was from the 18 gang sent a threat to another man recently. It was believed that his threat was made to a fellow gangster as well.

From the video, the man in question who he threatened is currently overseas as he dared the other man to return to Singapore.
He even threatened to beat him up if he stepped into Singapore once again. And he would not give him a second chance to run away.
