Around yesterday afternoon, a cyclist was seen appearing at the tunnel from Sentosa to Kepple Road.

The cyclist was cycling in the middle of the vehicle lane. This causes the blockage of the vehicle preventing them from driving at the normal speed of 40km/h.
The cyclist should have known that cycling in the middle of the lane and inside the tunnel is very dangerous as accidents might happen due to the recklessness of his actions.
