The driver was seen in a video, parking his car in the middle of the road and blocking traffic for about 30 minutes, resulting in the other drivers being unable to move and getting annoyed and angry at him.

The incident, captured and shared on the Complaint Singapore Facebook page by Jan Rick Camara Mascarina, shed light on the consequences of irresponsible parking.

The Incident Unfolds

On a Thursday afternoon, the red Mitsubishi in question blocked traffic on the single-lane Circular Road. Videos posted on Facebook depict the growing impatience of drivers stuck behind the stationary car, with horns blaring in an attempt to alert the absent car owner.

As the frustration mounted, a motorcyclist wearing a raincoat stepped forward as an impromptu traffic guide. This unexpected act of kindness provided a temporary solution to the problem, demonstrating the human element amidst the chaos.

The Aftermath

Approximately half an hour later, the Mitsubishi driver returned to his car, only to face the ire of super aggravated and impatient drivers, as described by Mascarina. The incident highlights the consequences of inconveniencing others due to negligence.

Shouts and confrontations ensued as angry motorists surrounded the unmoved car. A man dressed in white approached the Mitsubishi, attempting to confront the driver. However, the car remained stationary, prompting further frustration among the drivers.

Despite the escalating confrontation, the Mitsubishi refused to budge. The man in white resorted to smacking the car bonnet and yelling at the driver. It was only when the chorus of honking from other drivers reached its peak that the Mitsubishi finally moved, resolving the situation.
