Senior Minister Teo Chee Hean’s wife, Chew Poh Min, has passed away peacefully on 31 October.

She was the founder of a stroke support charity, the Stroke Support Station in 2015, which provides support to stroke survivors.
Mdm Chew started the charity after noticing there was a lac of community support for stroke survivors to reintegrate back into society.
She was also a holder of many roles in NTUC FairPrice, including being the general manager of NTUC FairPrice Foundation.
Mdm Chew leaves behind her husband, a son, a daughter as well as a grandchild.

A private funeral was held on 2 November.
