A netizen, Sammy Santo, shared onto Facebook a photo of a box of rubbish being left behind inside a HDB lift.
The incident purportedly happened at Block 470C Upper Serangoon Crescent.
Santo said that he saw the rubbish left behind in the lift, and that the perpetrator must’ve expected someone to “clean the backside for him/her”.
He also said that he has informed the town council and hopes NEA will take action against the culprit, noting that there are CCTVs in the lift.
Here is what he said
This is the first time I post. I find this behaviour unacceptable. Happpend at 470C Upper Serangoon Crescent lift.
Someone left behind a box of rubbish and expect someone to clean the backside for him/her.
Anyway, I have called up Aljunied-Hougang Town Council to take the appropriate action as there are CCTVs in the lift. Hope NEA takes action against the culprit too.
