The ICA building experienced disruptions to their services for more than 2 hours earlier today, and they announced on Facebook that selected services were affected due to a system downtime.
They then urged customers to postpone their trips to the ICA building, and they will follow up with those who are affected.
They later updated their statement at about 11am saying that their processing system was back to normal, and attributed the disruption to a localised power outage.

ICA is aware that selected services have been affected since 8am on 25 June 2022 due to system downtime.
ICA regrets the inconvenience caused to our customers and seeks their understanding and patience while we do our best to resolve the issue.
We also urge customers to postpone their trip to the ICA Building today. ICA will follow-up with those affected.

Services at ICA Building have resumed normalcy at 10.30am on 25 June 2022.
Investigations revealed that there was a localised power outage resulting in processing system downtime across selected services at ICA Building.
