A Singaporean male recently gave a review after using a dating service and posted his experience online. He stated on how he paid $400 for a 4-hour date and he was elated after he managed to hold a girl’s hand for the very first time.

How she looked : 7-8/10, slightly below the profile picture but certainly not anything too drastically different. I requested she wear something with a Japanese aesthetic (She was kind enough to oblige). She was around 170 cm(no heels). Overall she looked materially better both in terms of face and figure as compared to your typical day to day female (but maybe its cause she was wearing makeup)
Her personality : She was kind of quirky and quite obsessed with animals in particular her cat, she was sweet and caring (but perhaps an act). She was a bit shy but not as bad as me. She managed to carry the conversation throughout the 4 hours.
The date itself consisted of going to a medium priced Japanese restaurant total cost around $100. We ate a lot of nigiri as well as sashimi, it felt a bit weird? Like eating with a stranger I suppose but we talked about lots of things (My and her work, personal life and hobbies). Surprisingly she also watched anime (once again not sure if this was fake and pre planned?) She had some shallow knowledge about some popular titles but she was clueless about the more niche and seasonal titles. After that we felt quite full so we went to gardens by the bay to walk and once again more conversational topics (mainly personal life stuff from both sides so nothing interesting). I asked her if we could hold hands (against the rules) but surprisingly she was fine with it. This was the first time I held a girls hand that was not family and I was a bit dizzy. We ended the date going prawn fishing (the smell was horrible).
Overall throughout the date I was cringing throughout, I enjoyed it on some level but I continuously felt like a degenerate, the night I went home as well as the day after I felt a serious sense of guilt as if I did something wrong. Overall the girl herself was quite accommodating and nice (but who wouldn’t be for $400 am I right?). It was a surreal experience but considering the wave of guilt that overcame me afterwards I wouldn’t do it again.
Would I recommend it? To someone who has never had a gf before, maybe if you had the cash to burn like me. Perhaps I would recommend renting an e-gf from epal.gg instead, it’s much cheaper ($10 per hour) and has practically the same effect except one is virtual the other is irl.
I think the price point was a bit steep but for me I felt it was affordable as it was something I did only once in a blue moon.
