FOODPANDA COMPANY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTLINE? Too many complaints?

So just happen that this food panda delivery man happens to see my dog coming out of my house lift. And THREATENED to kick my dog if he sees my dog again and EVEN CALLED IT A BITCH?!?!!!!
This is freaking UNACCEPTABLE, this is a HDB area, dogs not allowed? I understand that hes a malay and but making such comments, is that necessary and is that even right?!?!!!
When i tried to take a video and ask him to repeat what he says, he just says whatever and hurry up and ride off with his bike.
