The man was seen running away from the Police and shouting could be heard in the background.
The man was finally captured and pulled from the road for safety reasons.

A 36-year-old man was subsequently apprehended under Section 7(1) of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act 2008. He has been referred to the institute of Mental Health for psychiatric assessment and treatment
