SHOP THEFT AT BOON LAY SHOPPING CENTRE, CALLED POLICE BUT WAS TOLD TO GO POLICE STATION INSTEAD

On 8 February 2021 at about 10.31 am, an Indian man was caught in CCTV footage stealing an item from a stall at Boon Lay Shopping Centre.

The shop owner did not realize that the mobile phone was missing until 1 pm.

They called the police to report this case but was asked to go down to the police station instead.
