The Single Basket- for the Express Counter. –“Kasiao” some more pretend then want to bully the staff so to take advantage use Express Checkout with Trolley and ‘Test-the-System”
The staff should be tactful when handling such a situation and should not tolerate or be too soft on that. One champion use trolley like a King with his wife pushing a trolley to made payment to his convenient. At Coldstorage, Takashimaya in Orchard Road.
To be fair to all customer the staff must enforce and ask the customer or be it whoever that is – to join the designated Queue. Not only that even he Block the passage way for the Single Basket Queue. He shouted! – Raise his voice to the Sale Lady until she “TiamTiam”- silent. Give him the benefit to let him enter the narrow passage way. This is not right. I hope the management should look into this matter Seriously and Highlight the important of Queuing System.
