SIA CREW MEMBER AMONG 11 INFECTED CASES ON FEB 9 TURNAROUND FLIGHT

On 9 February 2021, a Singapore Airlines (SIA) crew member was tested positive for COVID-19 among the new 11 cases today.

The other 10 confirmed cases were placed on an SHN once they arrived in Singapore.

As it was a turnaround flight, the SIA crew member did not alight the plane when she was out of Singapore. But, she developed signs of COVID-19 infections few days after coming back.

No other locally transmitted cases were reported today.
