It’s been 2.5 MONTHS since I return from Sweden and my damaged bag is still in my house not collected.
1. I’ve sent a total of 16 emails asking for someone to call me back
2. I’ve tried calling SATS 8 times each time 1 hour hold with no answer
3. I’ve called SQ who only can tell me this is up to SATS
