DOG FOUND IN PAPER BAG ON 9 DECEMBER 2 0 1 9

In the afternoon of 9 December 2019, a dog was found inside a Fendi paper bag at a void deck, beside Blk 815 Jurong West Street 81 coffee shop.

The circumstances in which the dog was found points to an act of abandonment. The SPCA is seeking the identity of the person, who left the dog at the above location, to assist with our investigations.

The SPCA is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person1s) responsible for this act.

Under the Animals and Birds Act, anyone who is found guilty of cruelty to animals can be imprisoned for up to 18 months, fined up to $15,000, or both.
