A video was uploaded by Facebook user Gina Renne Jae Chun which shows a serial sicko stealing socks from her house. It is believed that he has done it several times and his actions was capture on CCTV.

Pervert and sicko alert ! ☆Beware of him! This man can be seen around Hougang St 91 ( near Ci Yuan C C ) stealing socks and was captured multiple times on my door camera.
The door camera is just right in front of the door and he just blatantly ignore it. These are the screenshots and video of him ( he had made multiple attempts and doesn’t seem to stop ) Pm me if you happen to know or recognise the man. Police report has been made. Thank you !
