The DVS has a solid case against the man who abused the dog. There are some people jumping on the wrong bandwagon and screaming demanding why the police is not taking any action. Do not ask for the wrong thing because if the police does, he will walk off with a mere tweak on his wrist.

The law provides the DVS a wider scope and if the DVS is able to pull this off and take the case to court, he will be duly dealt with. Hopefully, the clowns will not once again screw-up an animal abuse case like they did previous cases. Please please do not screw this up.
