On 27 March 2016 at around 0300hours, Mr Mohammed Fadly Razlisham 33 years old and Miss Nur Syuhaida Nafisya Mohd Jin 33 years old had a quarrel over a few men contacts on her phone list.
Out of anger Mr Fadly then tried to break the padlock in a rental HDB flat at Redhill Close cause Miss Syuhaida refused to gave him the key to the padlock.
When Miss Syuhaida refused to let him break the padlock, he turned violent and smash her with the hammer till the hammer head fall off.
Ms Syuhaida had fractures on her ribs, pain on her left hip, chest and arm.

Mr Fadly could have been jailed up to two years and fined up to $5,000 for voluntarily causing hurt.
