SINGPOST ENDLESS COMPLAINS FOR LOUSY SERVICE AND LOST PACKAGES

1234312312312Dear Singapore Post, my item is last at your sorting centre. It is a registered item. I paid the extra so it is trackable and insured. It is EXPENSIVE and VERY IMPORTANT to me.

It is not a small item but it is a bulky item. I understand that it will usually take 1-3 days to be delivered to me once it reaches your sorting center. I know because i do online shopping alot. I called you guys regarding this and you guys told me that you guys are investigating. You guys called me and told me it is declared lost?

What nonsence is this??You guys have only one sorting center in Singapore and you guys can lose it? If its lost in transit, i might understand or if its a very small cheap parcel, i might understand too. But it is huge and bulky. What are you guys doing? HOW THE HELL CAN A HUGE ITEM BE LOST IN ONE SORTING CTR IN SINGAPORE? And then what? Sorry? I bare the cost? My seller have to refund? They have to compensate because its your fault?

This is NOT RIGHT! And i cant accept this. The item is already in Singpost sorting center. If anything, Singpost should be the one compensating me.

I will make this issue further. I am sure it is not only me, there more out there i am super sure of it. I wont keep quiet, i will take further actions by all means. Wake up your idea Singapore Post. THIS IS NOT FAIR. To whom it may concern, i would like you to know that this is not the end.
