The man was seen parking there for over 20mins to buy takeaway multiple packets of noodles from the bar chor mee stall at Ding Ji Ba Chor Mee.

The photo was taken at around 2.36AM on 11 Feb 2023.

It is unclear if the man is using company resources to secretly buy packet food

The man spoke to the noodles seller in a non-Singaporean accent.

It is u clear if SMRT allows or condemns this kind of behaviour?

According to LTA, As the capacity of bus stops is designed based on the number of public buses and commuters that they serve, other vehicles parking and waiting at bus stops could result in congestion and affect commuters’ travel time and the service reliability of public buses.

Traffic regulations state that it is an offence to park within 9 metres of a bus stop.

However, the bus driver has no regard for the rule and took his own sweet time to buy his pork noodles.

Parking within 9 metres of a bus stop–$70 / $110
