I was rushing for my train and this lady at the bag check counter stopped me.
First of all, she was not polite at all. And i can tell that she was just doing a check just for quota and i happened to be the one selected. I was in my gym attire with my gym bag rushing for the train.
And i missed my train because of a poor judgement of this lady Krithisegawari. She was very abrupt, talking to me as if she is a policewoman. Rudely asked me to open my bag, take my things out.
When i asked her what are her grounds for stopping me for a bag check when there were a couple of people there, her reply was “ Random check”! Like a policewoman except that shes not! I understand these checks are necessary for our safety but it needs to be more selective jn terms of passenger profile.
I was in my gym attire with a gym bag which is not even oversized! Please tell your staff not to abuse this system. This was the second time i was stopped at this station Macpherson. And this lady needs to be more polite and tactful when she handles customers. Thank you and i appreciate a reply!
