A video emerged online showing a Toyota Altis speeding and beating a red light at a junction.

He was seen speeding past and almost running over 2 pedestrian cyclists who were crossing the road.
Thankfully the two pedestrians saw the car and stopped in their tracks in time to avoid being run over.
The car then crashed into another car in the middle of the junction.
The accident happened on 26 June at the junction of Stamford Road.
