According to the Singapore Tourism Board, the second phase, which begins today (19 August), will see the requirements for temperature screenings in public areas to be removed.

Visitors to all malls, supermarkets, retails shops and etc, will not longer need to scan temperatures of visitors.

But the staff will still be checking for visible Covid-19 symptoms in visitors, such as flu like symptoms.
