A woman was caught on camera dragging her pet dog along a residential estate, with many netizens calling her out for her cruelty.
She was seen dragging the little poodle and forcing it to walk on its hind legs for at least 30 seconds.
The dog seemed to struggle to keep up with the woman’s pace.
She was also seen lifting the dog up and swinging it off the ground at one point.
Eventually, the woman lets go of the dog’s front legs, letting the poor creature resume walking normally on all fours.
The OP who captured the video footage from her home’s balcony, alleged that the woman was also whacking and kicking the dog.
The video has since been taken down by the OP.
The incident purportedly happened on 4 May at around 8.45am, although the location is unspecified.
