A video emerged online showing a street interview by a TikToker in London interviewing a woman from Singapore about the “best thing about Singapore”.

In the video, the TikToker Brandon Dior interviewed a woman and asked her where she was from, to which she introduced herself as being from Singapore.

Brandon then proceeded to ask her what was the best thing about Singapore, to which the woman straight away answered with one word: “nothing.”

Seemingly surprised with her answer, the TikToker repeated her answer back to her to confirm, to which the woman then elaborated that she doesn’t like her country.

He then asked her what is the worst thing about Singaproe instead, to which the woman replied that she doesn’t like “the people” and “the way they talk and stuff like that”.

Brandon then asked her to give a message to the people who haven’t been to Singapore, to which she said: “if you go there for like a holiday, it’s fine. But if you grew up living there, don’t do that”.

  5. the way we talk? niahma cb
  6. She switching accent’s like there’s no tomorrow
  7. you don’t like your country we don’t like you either Childish Behavior But I love my country SINGAPORE 🇸🇬 I know it is expensive living here but I am still happy living here in Singapore
  8. Every country has it’s strengths and weaknesses. School, work, personal time is something everyone needs to learn how to balance.
For me I appreciate that i can still feel safe when i go back home at night but of course I won’t be complacent. I appreciate that i don’t need a car because the public transport is good.
Got bus, train, grab/gojek, taxi and if u feel like driving there are many car sharing/rental options. People wise, there are still many many nice singaporeans out there, only a few rotten ones which we should not even be bothered at all.
End of the day, your home land is still the one that’s close to your heart. So i think we should count our blessings. I’m born in late 70s so i do have many many sweet childhood memories.
  9. I love Singapore and I ain’t even Singaporean. I am Nigerian and with all the negativity about Nigeria, we still have the most positive people there and it’s a place I’ll always call home even though I live in the Netherlands.
