Currently experience terrible service with Chan Brothers Travel where my entire NZ tour group is being stranded for 2 days without a return flight home.

Chan Brother representatives keep telling us they’re waiting for the Air NZ airlines to get back to them and expect us to wait and wait instead of booking the next available flight back using other available airlines.
Highly unprofessional and horrible standard of service. Advice to everyone to not take any travel tour from this irresponsible agency. BE WARNED
They have no sense of urgency and will keep you waiting without any contingency plan at all

- No one hopes for events like this, I suggest,
1) look at the t&c of Chan brothers, and in such event what are their liability.
2) look at your insurance coverage (I am very sure even the best insurance doesn’t involve booking an alternate flight at their cost to get you back to your destination)
3)let the poor guide get back to you in due time, and spamming the contact hotline at Saturday 10pm+ and expecting them to response immediately is quite entitled isn’t it.
Hope you are not trying to make a big fuss to get a nice refund or compensation. - Booking another flight back will incur additional cost which is the bulk of the fee they charge. I doubt any tour agency will do that for their customers.
