Facebook user Jaimie Lim recently posted on the Facebook group Complaint Singapore after she felt that she cheated by a plumber who charged her $2,500 for change her water heater. She stated on how she lodged a complaint with Case but they could not do anything.

He told me to change water heater and cost SGD2,500. I don’t know about plumbing and paid for it and they even charge me 1.5k for services. Then I found out that the water heater on Lazada only cost 250. I lodge complain with Case and they told me Singapore practice free pricing. So how do we spread the word to stop them from cheating others? Shouldn’t they be stopped? Who in Singapore would care enough to intervene!
