Officers from Ang Mo Kio Police Division established the identity of the man through investigations and arrested him on the following day (Dec 31).
He will be charged in court on Jun. 15, 2020 for the offence of making an electronic record containing an incitement to violence.
If found guilty, the man could be sentenced to imprisonment for a term of up to five years, or a fine, or both.
