A 37 year old Singaporean mother of six recently took to Facebook to state how she can’t take the stress of taking care of her six children. She also said that her family is too big and the 4 room flat that she is currently living in is not big enough.

would like to run away but how do I do it? What will I do?
I have 6 children. Youngest is 22 months. Many people wonder how do I do it handle 6 children. Honestly, I am not a good mother. When the kids annoy me or never listen to me I will shout and use hanger to beat them. But I won’t flare up immediately. But after one and another created problems I can’t handle my frustrations and start chasing them with hanger. Sometime it left a mark that last for 2-3 days. I feel bad about it. And every time it happens my husband will scold me back in front of them. I am not working and has low education. But I am smart fast learner.
Having 6 children wasn’t my intention but my husband’s. But we lived in 4 room flat and I feel so cramp. If he wants a big family wouldn’t he should provide a big space of us too. I never mentioned this to him as I am scared of confrontation.
I want to run away. Away from this life. But I feel it is too late for me to restart a life as I am 37 yrs old and I am afraid of making a bad decision. What if one day I miss the kids.
