STARHUB UNDER FIRE AFTER CUSTOMER FEELS CHEATED

Is this kind of customer service acceptable from a service provider? I made it very clear that I’m not interested in the fibre installation services as i’ll be moving soon and it does not make sense for me to sign up for the service now and pay for the relocation later.

To earn my sales commission, salesperson said that relocation fees will not apply. Months later, this is the response i get. Feeling frustrated as it seems like I’m at the market haggling for a discount i decided to give in and pay for the $60 WAIVED relocation fee.

The last msg received from StarHub was my last straw. Why do you want to trouble your customer by charging $120 when you agreed on $60 and only refund the remaining after 2-3 billing cycles?

Do you think i would still trust StarHub after my experience with your salesperson? If the refund does not come in after the promised 2-3 billing cycles that will mean extra trouble for your customer having to do a follow up with you??
