According to a Media release from Singapore Tourism Board (STB), they are currently looking into an incident that occurred on a Royal Caribbean Cruise, one of the members in the photo made a very “rational” decision and uploaded the group photos to her Instagram instantly sealing their fate and providing concrete evidence to the authorities.

The photo uploaded on 20th and 21st December 2020 showed more than 10 individuals gathering together without a mask on.
Royal Caribbean has been informed of the matter and is currently looking into the incident, Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the cruise liner has always emphasized the safety of passengers and complying with local laws.
However, the cruise line not only did not comply with the safety framework of the Singapore Tourism Board and they might face a revoke of their certification of CruiseSafe.
