An unidentified group of people were seen having a picnic and mingling around on a grass patch despite the recent Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) restrictions.

The current set of rules dictate that group sizes must be no more than 2.
They were seen having their picnic outside Little India MRT station, at a carpark along Bukit Timah Road at about 1pm earlier today.
