Kasturi Govindasamy, a Singaporean will not be punished for the offences that she admitted to committing. The reason was due to her suffering from a psychiatric condition.
It was also stated by her lawyer that she suffers from a delusional disorder and Kasturi also admitted that she had “extreme rage” and “multiple personalities” issues.
