Super long queues for entry into the Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple at Waterloo Street were spotted spanning about 4 blocks (agar agar estimation).

The queue snaked around the entrance of the temple all the way through the road side to the HDB blocks behind the coffeeshops.
Everyone wanted to pray on the 4th day of Chinese New Year.
