Netizen Alan Tan shared a video of two traffic policemen enacting an arrest of an unruly driver. The reason for the driver’s arrest was not made clear but from the footage, the driver was resisting arrest and being unruly. After failing to calm the driver down, the police officers had no choice but to put him into the ground before they handcuffed him.

However, after handcuffing the suspect, one of the officers appeared to put his boot on the suspect’s shoulder or an area near the man’s face to prevent him from making any sudden movement. Netizen Alan Tan asked if it was necessary to restraint the suspect in such a disrespectful manner and wondered if the suspect had any human rights even though he wasn’t convicted yet.
